The state is seeking host counties for the 2028, 2029 and 2030 Alice in Dairyland Finals, though it remains unclear whether Green County, New Glarus or local partners will submit a bid.

Counties Invited to Bid for Alice in Dairyland Finals

Wisconsin counties are now being invited to compete for the chance to host future Alice in Dairyland Finals, though it is not yet known whether Green County and/or New Glarus will take part in the bidding process.

The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection announced March 12 that it is accepting proposals from counties interested in hosting the event in 2028, 2029 and 2030. Proposals are due June 1, 2026.
