Elise M. Constantini, Community Banking Leader and Civic Volunteer, Dies at 48

A devoted mother, respected financial leader and tireless community volunteer, Elise M. Constantini built a life centered on service, learning and family before her life was cut short at 48.

Elise M. (Feldhausen) Constantini, age 48 died as a result of a traffic accident on Monday, January 26, 2026.  Elise was born on January 19, 1978 in Green Bay, WI the daughter of Richard and Jayne (Aranda) Feldhausen.  She graduated from Green Bay Southwest High School in 1996 and continued her education at UW-Oshkosh graduating in 2001.  Elise and her three children moved to Monticello in 2015 where she was Senior Vice President, Chief Credit Officer at Bank of New Glarus.  She furthered her career by earning a certificate from the UW-Madison Graduate School of Banking.  Elise had recently begun working as Principal Internal Credit Reviewer for Compeer Financial.  She served the Monticello community as Vice President of the Monticello School District Board, Secretary for the Monticello Chamber of Commerce and was a member of the Foundation for Rural Housing.  Elise was a devoted mother, avid reader, and when not supporting the community, she was often found at the baseball diamond, dance competitions or playing games with her kids.
