The former Flannery’s Wilhelm Tell Restaurant property at 114 2nd Street in New Glarus has been sold to a new owner who plans to continue operating the building as residential housing. The 0.2820-acre parcel was purchased by 114 2nd Street LLC, led by Peter Hunt of Everest Real Estate Group, LLC.

The building, renovated in 2015 into high-end apartment units after its time as a restaurant, now contains nine residential units and eight adjoining garage spaces. According to Hunt, all units are residential and there are no commercial units.
