Forrester Barry grew up in New Glarus, built his career in professional tree care, and then came home to start a business rooted in the community he knows best. Barry is the owner of Treekeeper LLC and an ISA Certified Arborist who says his fascination with trees began long before it became his livelihood.

“I’ve always been fascinated with trees,” Barry said. “I’ve loved climbing trees since I was a kid, and I decided to make a living out of it.” Barry said he has worked in the professional tree care industry since 2010, became a certified arborist in 2014, and held leadership positions with two Madison-area tree care companies before starting Treekeeper in 2022. He and his wife, Cortney, moved from Madison to New Glarus that same year.
