Glarner Knights Roll Past Wisconsin Heights in Conference Road Win

MAZOMANIE, Wis. – New Glarus leaned on its depth Friday night and left little doubt in a Capitol South Conference matchup, pulling away early and cruising to a 75-30 win over Wisconsin Heights in Mazomanie.

New Glarus seized control early, setting the tone with physical play in the paint and sharp ball movement. After Nolan Julseth opened the game by sinking two free throws, the Glarner Knights leaned heavily on senior Tatem Stampfli inside, repeatedly punishing Wisconsin Heights near the rim. Stampfli scored three early baskets in the paint, establishing an interior presence that the undersized Vanguards struggled to counter as New Glarus began to stretch the lead.
