CORP Trails has received a We Energies grant to support trailhead and wayfinding signs at New Glarus Woods State Park as work continues on a new 8.6-mile bike-optimized trail system being built in phases.

Grant Supports New Glarus Woods Trail Signage

A WE Energies grant will help fund trailhead and wayfinding signage for the growing trail network at New Glarus Woods State Park, where new signs are expected to help visitors navigate the system, ride safely and support good trail stewardship.

The grant supports a project that has already reached an early milestone at New Glarus Woods. Earlier this year, the first phase of the new mountain bike trail network opened to the public, including a 1-mile segment that is part of a planned 8.6-mile system.
