Jim Haldiman Celebrates 80 Years in New Glarus Style
Public invited to celebrate longtime New Glarus figure Jim Haldiman’s 80th birthday Saturday at Puempel’s Olde Tavern, honoring decades of community involvement, Swiss heritage, and local service.
Jim Haldiman, a familiar face to generations of New Glarus residents, will celebrate his 80th birthday with a public party Saturday at Puempel’s Olde Tavern hosted by his daughter Amanda Haldiman Jacobson and his son Steve Haldiman.
The celebration begins at noon and is open to the public. It is being organized by his daughter who said the location was an easy choice.
