New Glarus Cares has received federal trademark protection for the World Euchre Federation and World Euchre Championship, a milestone that formalizes two brands that began as a local fundraising idea and have since grown into international platforms headquartered in New Glarus.

According to official notices from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, both the World Euchre Federation and the World Euchre Championship are now registered trademarks owned by New Glarus Cares Community Foundation, Inc. The registrations were issued in December 2025 and January 2026 and cover entertainment services related to card-playing tournaments.
