The Village of New Glarus is offering area businesses a chance to advertise at two local ballfields as part of its 2026 Ballfield Sign Advertising Program, a fundraising effort designed to support park improvements, maintenance and youth recreation programming. According to the village’s program materials, the signs will be installed at Glarner Park and Veteran’s Park beginning in spring 2026.

Village materials say the program helps reduce how much park-related spending must come from local tax revenue by raising money through independent advertising sales. After the cost of each sign, the remaining dollars will go toward equipment, park maintenance, youth programming and improvement projects at municipal parks.
