New Glarus opened Capitol-South play with authority, racing past Wisconsin Heights 89-38. The Knights used a fast start, sharp shooting and depth to earn their first conference win of the season.
New Glarus opened Capitol-South Conference play in emphatic fashion Friday night, rolling past Wisconsin Heights 89-38 in the New Glarus High School gymnasium to improve to 7-3 overall and 1-0 in conference action.
The Glarner Knights set the tone immediately in their first conference game of the 2025-26 season, scoring on their opening possessions and racing to an early lead. New Glarus jumped ahead 6-0 before Wisconsin Heights found the basket and continued to control the tempo with crisp ball movement and strong perimeter shooting.
