New Glarus track and field will host its first home meet since 1989 on Tuesday, another major milestone for a program that is back on its own this spring after decades of dormancy.
The meet is scheduled for Tuesday, April 7, at New Glarus High School Stadium at the Glarner Sports Complex. Field events begin at 4:15 p.m. and running events start at 4:30 p.m. Belleville and Monticello are also set to compete. Admission is free and concessions will be available.
