Town Seeks Community Help for Legacy Prairie Park
As trails and prairie restoration take shape, the Town of New Glarus is forming Friends of New Glarus Parks to support events, maintenance, and long-term planning for Legacy Prairie Park off Wisconsin 39.
The Town of New Glarus is continuing work on Legacy Prairie Park, a developing public park located off Wisconsin 39 on the edge of town, while also seeking residents to help guide its long-term future.
The nearly 97-acre property is being transformed into what town leaders hope will become a cornerstone natural space for the New Glarus community.
