The renovation of the New Glarus Hotel & Restaurant continues to move forward, with several major structural and site-prep tasks now nearly complete as the long-awaited downtown project moves closer to its next phase.

Major floor leveling and structural work are nearly finished, marking what was described as a heavy and critical lift in the overall restoration effort. Basement slab preparation has also been completed, while second-floor framing and structural improvements remain underway. Corridor framing and sheathing are expected to begin next.
