Food has always been one of the easiest ways to understand New Glarus.
Long before visitors came for beer, festivals, shopping or weekend getaways, they came because the village offered a taste of something different. New Glarus was Swiss in its architecture, its stories, its music and its traditions, but it was also Swiss on the plate.
