Culver’s of New Glarus is adding a new late-night option for local residents, shift workers, festival crowds and summer visitors.

Beginning this week and continuing through Labor Day, the restaurant’s drive-through will remain open until 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. The later hours will also apply to DoorDash and Uber Eats orders, giving customers another way to get food later in the evening.

Jordan Peterson, general manager of Culver’s of New Glarus, said the change is meant to fill a gap in the community.

“We want to better serve our community and the need for late night food service in a community that doesn’t have any other options open past 10pm,” Peterson said.
