New Glarus residents will have more than one opportunity to mark Earth Day this year, with organized cleanup efforts planned both in the village and at New Glarus Woods State Park on Saturday, April 18. The events offer a simple way for people to help freshen up the community after winter while getting outside and pitching in close to home.
