Little Golf & Grill Raises $67,000 for Hospice Care
The longtime New Glarus fundraiser honored the late Hans Lenzlinger, celebrated 34 years of community support for hospice services, and announced a new Hans Lenzlinger Family Day of Giving beginning in 2027.
The Monroe Clinic & Hospital Foundation’s 34th annual “Little Golf” & Grill fundraiser raised more than $67,000 earlier this month in New Glarus to support local hospice services.
The evening began with an optional round of miniature golf at Swissland Miniature Golf Course before the traditional sound of alphorns called guests to dinner at Chalet Landhaus Inn.
This year’s event carried special meaning as attendees honored the life and legacy of Hans Lenzlinger, whose vision and generosity helped shape “Little Golf” & Grill from its beginning.
“‘Little Golf’ & Grill has always been about more than just a fundraiser, it’s about community, compassion, and ensuring hospice care is available when families need it most,” said Jane Sybers, executive director of the Monroe Clinic & Hospital Foundation. “This year, we felt that connection even more deeply as we honored Hans and the incredible legacy he built.”
