Matterhorn Heights Subdivision Would Add 91 Homes to New Glarus

A major new housing development could soon reshape New Glarus. The proposed Matterhorn Heights subdivision, introduced earlier this summer by Bader Development LLC of Monroe, calls for 91 new residential lots, a public park, stormwater facilities, and a new network of connecting streets.

The first phase includes 25 lots along Heights Drive, while later phases would extend the subdivision north and west as utilities become available.
