Several New Glarus and Green County businesses have advanced to the final round of Madison Magazine's Best of Madison contest, giving local residents an opportunity to help determine the region's top destinations, products and experiences.

New Glarus Favorites Reach Best of Madison Finals

Several businesses with ties to New Glarus and Green County are once again earning regional recognition after advancing to the final round of Madison Magazine's 2026 Best of Madison competition. Public voting is now underway and will remain open through June 30.

The annual readers' choice contest highlights favorite businesses, restaurants, attractions, retailers, professionals and community destinations from throughout Dane County and neighboring communities. Finalists earned their place on the ballot following a nomination period earlier this year.

Among those advancing to the final round are a number of well-known New Glarus-area establishments, including breweries, restaurants, specialty food producers and tourism destinations that have helped put Green County on the map for visitors from across Wisconsin and beyond.
