New Glarus Hotel Seeks General Manager
As restoration work continues on the historic New Glarus Hotel & Restaurant, owners are now searching for a general manager while offering a glimpse into the property's past through a newly discovered Hans Lenzlinger drawing.
The owners of the New Glarus Hotel & Restaurant are taking another visible step toward reopening the landmark property, announcing a search for a general manager and operational partner as work continues on the historic downtown building.
In a LinkedIn post published this week, the hotel said it remains on track for a fourth-quarter 2026 reopening and is seeking a hands-on leader to help guide daily operations at the food-and-beverage-focused destination.
The posting describes the role as an opportunity to help carry forward a 170-year-old tradition while helping shape the property's next chapter.
