The first day of classes for New Glarus students is Tuesday, Sept. 1. The district serves students from 4K through 12th grade at its grade school and middle/high school campuses.

The district lists regular school hours as 8 a.m. to 3:20 p.m. at New Glarus Grade School and 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at New Glarus Middle/High School. Buses leave the grade school at 3:25 p.m. and the middle/high school at 3:35 p.m., according to the district.
