New Glarus Veterans’ 2027 Calendar Raffle Returns for 33rd Year
A $20 calendar gives supporters chances at daily cash prizes throughout 2027 while helping fund local veterans organizations. The 33rd annual fundraiser will pay out more than $13,000, including four separate $500 prizes during the year.
The annual New Glarus Veterans raffle calendar is back for 2027, marking the 33rd year of a longtime local fundraiser that combines a commemorative calendar with chances to win cash throughout the year.
The New Glarus Stuessy-Kuenzi American Legion, American Legion Auxiliary and New Glarus Veterans of Foreign Wars are again partnering with Wisconsin Vietnam Veterans Chapter III on the calendar, which the organizations describe as one of their primary fundraisers.
Calendars cost $20 each. Purchasers are entered into drawings that include a cash winner of at least $30 every day during 2027, along with four opportunities to win $500. Organizers say the total amount awarded during the year will exceed $13,000.
