A New Glarus writer’s first published short story has become a local collaboration, pairing his fiction with artwork created by a New Glarus High School student.
John Mulvihill’s story, “Full House,” appears in the winter/spring 2026 issue of Wisconsin People & Ideas, the magazine of the Wisconsin Academy of Sciences, Arts and Letters. The story is accompanied by an illustration by Emilia Rood, a junior at New Glarus High School.
