Brewery Expansion Chugging Along
Construction continues at New Glarus Brewing Co.’s Hilltop facility, where architect and project manager Katherine May recently shared photos showing slate tile installed on the brew-hall addition, ground preparation underway for the new beer garden and continued progress on the distilling area.
The work is part of the brewery’s major Hilltop expansion, which continues to take shape as the company works toward completion later this year.
