By any measure, Petrosino’s Pizza has quickly carved out a place in New Glarus’ growing dining scene. Located along Wisconsin 69, the pizzeria is rooted in tradition, family and a deep respect for what owner Peter Raskovic calls “authentic New York-style pizza.”

For Peter and his wife, Lauree, opening in New Glarus was both a strategic move and a personal one.
