Prairie Haus Senior Housing Proposal Heads to Plan Commission
The proposed 50-unit senior apartment building on Elmer Road will go before the New Glarus Plan Commission, along with a zoning change needed to allow the project to move forward.
A proposed second phase of Prairie Haus senior housing will go before the New Glarus Plan Commission on Wednesday, May 13, with both a conditional use permit application and a related zoning change on the agenda.
The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. in the Village Hall Board Room, 319 2nd St. The proposal involves a 50-unit senior apartment building at 1003 Elmer Road, directly south of the existing Prairie Haus Apartments.
