Thomas Cole, 75, and Deborah Cole, 74, both of rural Belleville, face felony charges following a Green County investigation into alleged child sexual assaults reported in the towns of Monroe and Exeter.

Emergency crews responded Wednesday evening to a head-on collision involving a red Chevrolet and a Subaru Outback near County Highway A and Wittwer Road. Two patients were reported, the road was fully blocked, and command ended about 7:21 p.m.
