Shop New Glarus Speaker Series Debuts with Finance Session
The New Glarus Merchant Association will launch a quarterly Shop New Glarus Speaker Series Aug. 19 at Bailey’s Run Vineyard with a free session on small business finance, featuring experts from Lake Ridge Bank and CLF Asset Management.
A new quarterly speaker series aimed at New Glarus-area businesses will debut Wednesday, Aug. 19, with a session focused on helping small business owners better understand finances, investments and long-term planning.
The first Shop New Glarus Speaker Series event will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Bailey’s Run Vineyard in New Glarus. Admission is free, and the program is open to anyone.
The New Glarus Merchant Association created the series to bring local experts together with business owners for practical information and discussion. Future programs are expected to continue quarterly, with the Small Business Finance session serving as the kickoff event.
The evening will begin with networking and a happy hour from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. Light snacks will be provided, and a cash bar will be available.
