Trouvaille Coffee Rolls Out New Mobile Options
After stepping away from its coffee trailer in 2024, Trouvaille Coffee Co. is back on the road with a new mobile trailer for larger events and a coffee cart for weddings, staff appreciation days, office visits and private gatherings.
Trouvaille Coffee Co. is returning to the mobile coffee business with two new event options: a coffee trailer for larger gatherings and a coffee cart designed for smaller, more intimate events.
Owner Tess Palmer said the move comes after a busy stretch in which she had stepped away from the previous trailer while returning to her career as an airline pilot.
“I originally decided to sell the prior trailer in 2024 when I returned to the airlines as a pilot,” Palmer said. “Between my two boys, the coffee shop, and getting back into being a pilot after having a few years off, I needed something off my plate.”
Palmer said her airline schedule now gives her more time at home with her family and enough flexibility to restart the mobile side of the New Glarus coffee business.
The new trailer will operate much like the original one, though with a different look. Palmer said the previous trailer was white with wood accents, while the new version features black and wood accents.
