What’s New at Blues, Brews & Food Trucks
Blues, Brews & Food Trucks returns Saturday, July 18, with a new downtown location, expanded festival footprint, open intox district, live blues, food trucks and a large tent to keep the music going rain or shine.
Blues, Brews & Food Trucks will take over downtown New Glarus this Saturday with a new location, temporary street closures and a major change allowing festivalgoers to carry alcoholic beverages through a designated portion of the village.
The festival is set for Saturday, July 18, on 1st Street between Fifth and Sixth avenues. Live music begins at noon, with food trucks, beverages and a spacious festival tent available throughout the day. Organizers say the event will continue rain or shine.
The move from Village Park to downtown is the biggest visible change this year. Placing the festival along 1st Street brings the music, food trucks and beer tent closer to shops, restaurants, taverns and other downtown businesses.
