The former Quality Cellular retail space at 1305 Highway 69 in New Glarus is now available for lease.

The 1,600-square-foot suite is located in the Swiss Valley Centre building on the southeast side of New Glarus. The space measures approximately 20 feet by 80 feet and is being marketed by Altus Commercial Real Estate of Madison.

According to the listing, the suite offers strong visibility along Highway 69 and is located in the same retail center as Subway, Auto Value Parts Store and Bridges Consultation & Treatment.

The available space includes an open retail area in the front, a taller-ceiling storage area toward the back, three offices and one bathroom. One of the offices includes a sink.
