The former Quality Cellular suite along Highway 69 in New Glarus has been leased to a local tenant, sources say. The leasing agent declined to identify the tenant or disclose plans for the property when contacted, but more details may emerge soon.
The former Quality Cellular retail space at 1305 Highway 69 in New Glarus has been leased, New Glarus 360 has learned.
Sources say the new tenant is local, although no additional information is available about who leased the property or what is planned for the space.
When contacted by New Glarus 360, the leasing agent said no details could be shared at this time. Additional information may become available soon.
Quality Cellular closed the New Glarus location in June, and the 1,600-square-foot suite was subsequently listed for lease by Altus Commercial Real Estate of Madison.
