How to Tell If You Are Logged In
Learn how to quickly determine whether you are signed in to New Glarus 360 on desktop, tablet, or mobile devices. This guide explains where to find your account information, membership details, and the signs that confirm your account is active.
Not sure whether you are currently signed in to New Glarus 360? Here are a few quick ways to check.
On a desktop or tablet, look in the upper-right corner of the website. If you are signed in, you will see a red ACCOUNT button. Clicking that button opens your account panel, where you can view your membership information, manage email preferences, update account details, or sign out.
If you are not signed in, you will typically see a red button that says LOGIN instead of the red ACCOUNT button.
On mobile devices, the account button is located inside the website menu. Tap the menu icon (the three stacked lines in the upper-right corner of the screen) to open the navigation menu. If you are signed in, you will see the ACCOUNT button there. Tapping it will open your account information.
Another easy way to confirm you are signed in is to click the ACCOUNT button and verify that your email address and membership level are displayed. If you can see those details, your account is active and you are successfully logged in.
If you believe you should be signed in but do not see the ACCOUNT button, try refreshing the page or signing in again using the email address associated with your membership. If you continue to have trouble, contact New Glarus 360 support for assistance.
