Nathan Heil, a first-year student from New Glarus, has been named to the Fall 2025 Dean’s List at Luther College.

Luther College announced that 570 students were recognized for academic achievement during the fall semester. The list includes 132 first-year students, 120 sophomores, 121 juniors and 197 seniors.

To qualify for the Dean’s List, students must earn a semester grade point average of 3.5 or better on a 4.0 scale. Students must also complete at least 12 credit hours, including 10 hours of conventional grades.

Heil is among the first-year students recognized for meeting those standards during his first semester at the Decorah, Iowa-based liberal arts college.
