The commercial listing for 534 First St. describes the property as a 2,772-square-foot retail building and makes an important distinction: The $549,000 asking price is for the real estate only. The New Glarus Bakery business is intended to be sold with the property, but its price and operational details will be made available to prospective buyers only after they sign a nondisclosure agreement.
