New Glarus Golf Opens Conference Play with Fourth-Place Finish
The New Glarus Glarner Knights opened Capitol Conference play Thursday at Lodi Golf Club with a team score of 167, finishing fourth in the mini meet as Kofi Belknap and Kellen Martinson led the team shooting a 41 each.
LODI, Wis. — The New Glarus Glarner Knights opened the Capitol Conference golf season Thursday with a fourth-place finish at the Conference Mini Meet at Lodi Golf Club, posting a team score of 167.
Lodi won the meet with a 151, followed by Cambridge at 159 and Columbus/Fall River at 162. New Glarus finished next in the standings at 167 in a field that also included Lake Mills, Lakeside Lutheran, Monticello/Belleville, Waupun and Wisconsin Heights.
