Nolan Julseth Named First Team All-State
After a record-setting 2026 season at the plate, New Glarus infielder Nolan Julseth was named first team all-state by Prep Baseball Wisconsin, adding statewide recognition to one of the top offensive seasons in Glarner Knights history.
New Glarus infielder Nolan Julseth has been named a 2026 Prep Baseball Wisconsin First Team All-State selection after a phenomenal junior season that put him among the top high school baseball players in Wisconsin.
Julseth, a shortstop in the Class of 2027, was selected as an all-state infielder after hitting .537 with a .652 on-base percentage and a 1.045 slugging percentage. He finished the season with six home runs, 31 RBIs, 42 runs, 18 walks, 13 stolen bases and only six strikeouts.
The honor places Julseth among an elite group of players across the state. Prep Baseball Wisconsin listed him alongside first-team infielders Jace Mataczynski of Hudson, Cooper Siewert of Wisconsin Lutheran, Trey Kerkhoff of Burlington and Cayden Burtness of Pewaukee.
