Roy’s Market shoppers helped push a community recreation project forward with spare change that added up in a big way.

The store’s round-up fundraising program concluded at the end of last month, and last week Roy’s Market store manager Ron Anderson presented a check for $2,180.91 to Mary Siegenthaler on behalf of New Glarus Cares. The funds will be used to support the development of new pickleball courts in New Glarus.
