Attached Garage Fire Quickly Brought Under Control in Exeter

Belleville Fire Department says a Friday evening fire at N8568 Story Ridge Court in the Town of Exeter was contained before it could spread into the home, with no injuries reported and mutual aid crews ultimately not needed on scene.

Attached Garage Fire Quickly Brought Under Control in Exeter

A fire reported Friday evening at N8568 Story Ridge Court in the Town of Exeter was quickly brought under control after crews arrived to find an active fire in an attached three-car residential garage, according to a press release from Belleville Fire Department.

The Green County Sheriff’s Office received the 911 call at about 7:20 p.m. April 10 after a caller reported smoke coming from an open garage door and said the occupants were actively evacuating the home.
