Hollandale Community Homecoming Set for Sept. 19
Hollandale’s Community Homecoming returns Saturday, Sept. 19, with a New Hope Lutheran dinner, a program on the history of local buildings and a 2 p.m. parade celebrating America’s 250th anniversary, plus an alumni gathering in town.
HOLLANDALE, Wis. — Hollandale will welcome residents, former residents and visitors back to town Saturday, Sept. 19, for its annual Community Homecoming, featuring a community dinner, local history program and afternoon parade.
The day begins at the Hollandale Fire Station, where New Hope Lutheran Church will serve dinner from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The cost is $20, and advance reservations are appreciated by calling 612-201-4462.
A noon program at the fire station will focus on the “History of Hollandale’s Buildings.” The program is open to everyone, according to the Village of Hollandale.
The parade begins at 2 p.m. with the theme “Our Country — America 250,” recognizing the nation’s 250th anniversary in 2026. Those interested in participating can find parade entry forms in front of Sigg Landscaping.
