The bats stayed hot for the New Glarus Glarner Knights Tuesday night as they powered past Marshall 13-3 on a beautiful spring evening in New Glarus. Crisp temperatures, sunshine and green grass created an ideal setting for baseball as the Knights continued their strong stretch of play with another explosive offensive performance.
New Glarus wasted little time taking control, jumping ahead in the first inning when Nolan Julseth ripped a triple that drove in two runs. The early momentum carried throughout the night as the Glarner Knights consistently pressured Marshall with timely hitting, aggressive baserunning and solid defense.
