New Glarus JV Pulls Away from Marshall with Big Fourth Inning

The New Glarus Glarner Knights junior varsity baseball team turned a tight game into a comfortable victory Friday night, erupting for six runs in the fourth inning to defeat Marshall 10-2 on a beautiful evening for baseball.

Marshall struck first in the opening inning, taking advantage of walks to build an early 2-0 lead. New Glarus answered quickly and steadily chipped away from there.
