New Glarus Seniors Plan Do Good Day

The New Glarus High School Class of 2026 will spend Friday, May 1, giving back to the community through its annual Do Good Day, a service effort aimed at helping local residents, businesses and organizations with everyday projects. According to a press release from the School District of New Glarus, seniors will volunteer in teams to take on a range of tasks across the area.

The event is designed as a way for graduating seniors to thank the community for its support during their school years while making a positive difference before graduation. School officials said students will work in teams of four to five, with most jobs expected to take no more than three hours, though larger groups can be arranged for bigger projects.
