Why Haven’t I Received Email Newsletters Lately?

If New Glarus 360 newsletters have disappeared from your inbox, a spam filter, changed email preference or delivery problem may be responsible. These steps can help you find missing messages and begin receiving our emails again soon.

Why Haven’t I Received Email Newsletters Lately?

New Glarus 360 regularly sends email newsletters to help readers keep up with local news, events, sports, public safety updates and other community information. If those newsletters suddenly stop arriving, it does not necessarily mean that we have stopped sending them or that your membership has ended.

Email providers sometimes redirect newsletters, block messages or change how they sort incoming mail. Your newsletter preferences may also have been changed accidentally. Here are several steps you can take to restore delivery.

Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

Begin by checking your spam or junk folder. Email services occasionally identify legitimate newsletters as unwanted mail, especially after a filtering update or a period when the messages were not opened.

If you find a New Glarus 360 newsletter there, mark it as “Not spam” or “Not junk.” This tells your email provider that future messages from us should be delivered to your inbox.

Check Promotions and Other Folders

Gmail and some other email services automatically sort newsletters into separate categories. Look in folders or tabs labeled Promotions, Updates, Other or Bulk Mail.

When you find one of our newsletters, move it into your primary inbox. Depending on your email service, you may also be able to tell it to send future messages from New Glarus 360 to the same location.

Search Your Entire Mailbox

Use your email account’s search tool to look for “New Glarus 360.” Searching the entire mailbox can help locate messages that were automatically filed in a folder you do not regularly check.

Make sure the search includes all mail, not just the messages currently displayed in your inbox.

Add New Glarus 360 to Your Contacts

Add the email address shown as the sender of a recent New Glarus 360 newsletter to your contacts or safe-sender list. This signals to your email provider that messages from us are expected and trusted.

Opening our newsletters, clicking stories that interest you and replying to a newsletter can also help your email provider recognize that you want to receive the messages. Ghost recommends these steps when subscribers experience newsletter delivery problems.

Review Your Newsletter Preferences

New Glarus 360 offers more than one type of email newsletter. You may be subscribed to some newsletters but not others.

Sign in to your New Glarus 360 account using the same email address connected to your membership. Open your account settings and review your email newsletter preferences. Make sure the newsletters you want to receive are selected.

Our platform allows members to manage individual newsletter subscriptions through their account settings. Clicking an unsubscribe link in a previous email can also change your newsletter status.

Make Sure You Are Using the Correct Email Address

Some readers have more than one email address. Your New Glarus 360 membership may be connected to an older, work-related or less frequently checked address.

Try signing in with the email address where you previously received newsletters. Also check whether your address recently changed or whether messages are being forwarded from another account.

Check for a Full or Disabled Mailbox

Messages may be rejected if your mailbox is full, your account has been closed or your email provider is experiencing a delivery problem. Workplace, school and government email systems may also apply stricter security filters.

Contact your email provider or workplace technology department if you believe messages are being blocked. Ask whether emails from New Glarus 360 can be added to an approved-sender list.

Your Newsletter Delivery May Have Been Disabled

The platform used by New Glarus 360 may automatically disable newsletter delivery when messages repeatedly bounce or are marked as spam. This helps protect the overall reliability of the email system.

If this happened accidentally, you may be able to restore delivery through the email preferences in your New Glarus 360 account.

Contact New Glarus 360
