New Glarus 360 sends three regular email newsletters: The Daily Brief, Community Update and The Old Guard. If one of them is not showing up in your inbox, the problem is usually caused by email filtering, a mistyped address, a full inbox or a setting in your email account.

Here are the first things to check.

Start with your spam, junk or promotions folder. Many email providers automatically sort newsletters away from the main inbox, especially when you are a new subscriber or have not opened recent emails from us.

If you find a New Glarus 360 email there, open it and mark it as “Not Spam,” “Not Junk” or “Move to Inbox.” That tells your email provider that you want to receive our emails.

Next, search your email account for “New Glarus 360,” “The Daily Brief,” “Community Update” or “The Old Guard.” Sometimes emails are delivered but placed in a folder, tab or category you do not normally check.

You can also add New Glarus 360 to your contacts or safe sender list. This is one of the best ways to help future newsletters reach your inbox.

If you use Gmail, check the Promotions, Updates and Spam tabs. If you find one of our emails, drag it to your Primary inbox when possible.

If you use Outlook, Hotmail or Yahoo, check Junk, Spam, Other, Promotions and any filtered folders.

If you signed up recently and have not received anything, make sure you entered the correct email address. A small typo can prevent delivery entirely.

Also check whether your inbox is full. Some email providers stop accepting new messages when storage is maxed out.

If you use a work, school or organization email address, your account may have stricter filters. In that case, try subscribing with a personal email address instead.

You may also need to click a sign-in or confirmation link from New Glarus 360 before your account is fully active. Check your inbox and spam folder for any message asking you to complete sign-in.
