The New Glarus Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on a conditional use permit tied to a proposed second Prairie Haus apartment building on Elmer Road.
A public hearing has been scheduled for a proposed second phase of Prairie Haus Apartments in New Glarus.
The New Glarus Plan Commission will hold the hearing at 6 p.m. May 13 in the Village Hall Board Room, 319 2nd St. The hearing concerns a conditional use permit requested by Wisconsin Housing Preservation Corp., listed in the notice as the owner of property at 1003 Elmer Road. The request seeks permission for a “Multiple-Family Dwelling” land use in the C-1 Commercial District.
