Two motorcycle crashes in the New Glarus area over the past week are a reminder that spring brings more than warmer weather to local roads.
On April 23, a 29-year-old Brooklyn man died after a sport utility vehicle traveling eastbound on Brooklyn Albany Road proceeded from a stop sign into the path of a motorcycle traveling northbound on County Highway E in the town of Albany, according to the Green County Sheriff’s Office. A second motorcycle crash with injuries was reported on Highway 69 near Washington Road.
