Town of New Glarus Tables EMS Agreement, Approves Other Items

The Town of New Glarus Town Board met Wednesday night and approved items on its agenda, including a transportation-related resolution, routine reports and payment of bills.

One major item, a proposed regional emergency medical services agreement tied to the creation of a new EMS district, drew a large crowd and sparked tense discussion. The board tabled that matter until a special meeting next Wednesday at 5 p.m.
