Glarner Knights deliver strong all-around performance with multiple event wins and clutch finishes to open the conference season on a high note in Mazomanie.
MAZOMANIE, Wis. — The New Glarus Glarner Knights opened their conference track and field season Tuesday with a statement performance, beating Marshall 90-84, on a warm, sunny afternoon at Wisconsin Heights High School in Mazomanie, Wisconsin.
In a meet that came down to the final events, New Glarus leaned on depth, balance and a series of standout individual performances to secure the narrow victory in the triangular that also included Wisconsin Heights/Barneveld.
