MONROE, Wis. — On the Monday before Christmas, the New Glarus Glarner Knights delivered a decisive road win, rolling past the Monroe Cheesemakers 69-32 in a varsity girls basketball matchup at Monroe High School Gymnasium.

Those first few seconds turned out to be the closest Monroe would be to New Glarus on the scoreboard all night.
