Public Works Shop Roof Work to Begin Soon
Midwest Roofing & Construction is expected to begin replacing the New Glarus Public Works shop roof in the coming weeks, with work scheduled to wrap up in early July.
Work on a new roof for the New Glarus Public Works shop is expected to begin in the next few weeks, with Midwest Roofing & Construction LLC, of Monroe, slated to handle the project.
According to bid documents submitted to the village, the contractor listed a proposed work schedule of June 15 through July 3, 2026. The project is for the 2026 Public Works Shop Roof Replacement Project.
The work follows Village Board approval of Midwest Roofing and Construction’s bid earlier this spring.
